So two weeks ago I decided to take a break from coffee for a week because I challenged myself to a clean week of eating and drinking. So I thought why not eliminate coffee while I’m at it.
Finding new spots in the Mother City is actually quite challenging for me because I’m the ultimate creature of habit. If I find a spot I love that makes GREAT coffee why change? Well, thats actually a treble thing, because Cape Town has so many beautiful places and not finding them, is an absolute shame. I’m so glad Sarah I stumbled on this pretty little spot at the V&A Waterfront the other day 🙂 Not only does Native make amazing coffee they have such a creative and beautiful space.
If coffee is wrong, then I don’t want to be right. Coffee is probably my favorite drink but in the summer heat, there are days I can’t face anything hot. Not even coffee
Generally I try keep the recipes I make healthy but sometimes I feel a little extra sugar is totally fine. 🙂 Here is one summer treat that not only looks amazing but is just so darn easy to make!
I hope you have all had an amazing festive season, pre-Christmas festivities Christmas, post-Christmas festivities, New Year and so on. 🙂 I have been very lazy with my media this season, I do apologise, I have missed you all!
So I thought what better way to pop back onto social media and back to you with a cake!!! Yes I brought a cake to our first meetup of the year 😉
December is here, sun’s out and Christmas is upon us! So I thought I’d share with you my go to summer drink. These organic fruit infused waters.
I’ve been wanting to share this goodie with you for a while now and am pretty excited it’s finally up on the blog! These are my infused olive oils and they are just amazing for cooking and baking.
