Take note of the 4-digit download PIN located at the bottom of the email—you’ll need this for the next step.

Once you click ‘View Photos,’ you’ll be welcomed into your beautifully curated gallery. Simply enter your email address to proceed—this ensures your images are seamlessly delivered when you're ready to download them.

Step Two | Curating Your Favorites

To select your most cherished images, simply hover over a photo and click the elegant ‘Heart’ icon.

When you're ready to revisit your selections, click the ‘Heart’ icon in the top right corner of your gallery to view your personalized favorites collection.

Step Three | Downloading Your Gallery

Begin by clicking the download icon at the top of your gallery. Here’s where your 4-digit PIN comes into play—you’ll be prompted to enter it along with your email to start the process.

Next, select the folders you'd like to download. Your wedding day has been beautifully curated and organized into different moments, making it effortless for you to relive every chapter of your celebration.

Once you’ve made your selections, Pixieset will prepare your gallery. When your download is ready, simply click the link in your browser, and just like that—your love story is yours to keep forever.

Step Four | Safeguarding Your Memories

Your wedding gallery is a priceless collection of moments, and ensuring it’s safely stored will give you peace of mind for years to come. Here’s how to securely back up your images:

1. Download in High Resolution

Always download the High-Resolution version of your images for the best print quality. These files preserve every detail, making them perfect for albums, wall art, and keepsakes.

2. Store in Multiple Locations

To protect your photos from loss, create at least three backups in different places:

• Cloud Storage: Upload your images to a secure cloud service like Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud for easy access anywhere.

• External Hard Drive: Save a copy to an external hard drive or SSD for long-term safekeeping. (Tip: Store one drive in a separate location for extra security!)

• USB Drive: Keep a USB or flash drive with your most treasured images as an additional safeguard.

3. Organize Your Files

Create a dedicated folder with labeled subfolders (e.g., "Getting Ready," "Ceremony," "Reception") to make it easy to find specific moments when you want to relive them.

4. Share with Loved Ones

Send a copy of your wedding gallery to a trusted friend or family member—an extra layer of security in case anything happens to your own backups.

5. Print Your Favorites
